CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

At MYRIO, we prioritize efficiency to ensure rapid fulfillment. Our cancellation and refund process is structured for clarity and speed.

I. Order Cancellation

Orders placed through the Site can only be cancelled within a limited window before processing begins.

Cancellation Window: You may request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After this 12-hour period, the order is transitioned to our production and fulfillment atelier, and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please immediately contact our Customer Care team at support@myrio.in with your Order Number and "CANCELLATION REQUEST" in the subject line.

Refusal of Cancellation: If the item has already been shipped or processed by our fulfillment center, the order cannot be cancelled. In this case, you must follow the process outlined in the Returns & Exchanges Policy once the item is delivered.

II. Refund Processing (For Cancellations and Returns)

All eligible refunds—whether resulting from an accepted cancellation or a successful return inspection—are processed according to the same strict timeline.

Refund Initiation: Once your cancellation is confirmed or your returned garment has passed our Integrity Seal inspection, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method.

Timeline: The refund amount is expected to reflect in your bank account or original payment source within 7 to 10 working days from the date the refund is officially initiated by MYRIO. This timeline is dictated by standard banking procedures and may vary slightly depending on your bank.

Non-Refundable: Shipping costs are integrated into the product price (MRP) and are not separately refundable. No refund will be issued for any garment that violates the conditions of the Integrity Seal (e.g., tampered barcode/brand tag, signs of wear).
