I. Complimentary Delivery: The Integrated Value

We believe the final price should reflect the total value delivered to your door.

  • Integrated Cost: The cost of secure, insured shipping has been built into the final Maximum Retail Price (MRP) of your garment.
  • Complimentary Service: As such, all domestic orders placed on the MYRIO site qualify for Complimentary Delivery at checkout, ensuring the total cost remains transparent and predictable.

II. Processing and Dispatch

Our atelier ensures rapid preparation for shipment to maintain the quality of the wearable artifact.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our fulfillment center within 24 to 48 working hours of being placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

III. Delivery Timelines

We partner with secure, premium carriers to ensure your artifact arrives in impeccable condition.

  • Standard Delivery: Delivery across most major metropolitan areas in India typically takes 3 to 7 working daysafter dispatch.
  • Remote Locations: Delivery to more remote or non-metro locations may take an additional 2 to 4 working days.
  • External Delays: Please note that we are not responsible for delays outside of our control, including courier service delays, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen customs hold-ups.

Each piece is packaged with protection in mind, ensuring it withstands transit and maintains its structure.

  • Secure Packaging: Every item is housed in its branded, protective packaging, ensuring the garment's integrity is preserved from our atelier to your residence.
  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss for items purchased passes to you upon our delivery to the chosen carrier.
