Returns & Exchanges: The MYRIO Integrity Seal

We stand by the architectural integrity of every garment. Returns are accepted only for unused products that meet the strict conditions detailed below.

I. Condition for Acceptance (The Integrity Seal)

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be returned in its original, unworn, and resalable condition.

  • The Integrity Seal: The product must include the original price tag, labels, and all packaging accessories.

  • Zero Tolerance: The return will be immediately refused if the attached brand tag/barcode tag is broken, tampered with, removed, or detached from the garment.

  • The Garment: Items must be free from any signs of wear, washing, alterations, perfumes, sprays, or damage.

II. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your returned item is received and passes our quality inspection, we will initiate the refund process.

  • Refund Initiation: We will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Timeline: The refund amount is typically expected to reflect in your bank account or original payment source within 7 to 10 working days from the date the refund is officially initiated by MYRIO. This standard banking timeline is subject to your bank's processing procedures.
