Welcome to MYRIO ("MYRIO," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern your access to and use of the MYRIO website (the "Site") and all purchases of our apparel and related products (the "Wearable Artifacts"). By accessing the Site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

I. GENERAL CONDITIONS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  1. Acceptance of Terms: By using our Site or purchasing our products, you affirm that you are of legal age to enter into this contract and agree to the terms herein.
  2.  Intellectual Property: All content, designs, images, logos, text, and materials on this Site are the intellectual property of MYRIO. Use of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
  3.  Accuracy and Integrity: We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

II. PRODUCT AND ORDERING

  1. Wearable Artifacts: All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
  2. Order Acceptance and Cancellation: Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
  3. Pricing (Maximum Retail Price - MRP): The prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices include taxes as required by Indian law (Goods and Services Tax - GST). The price displayed is the final Maximum Retail Price (MRP).

III. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RISK OF LOSS

  1. Shipping Cost Integration: Shipping costs are integrated into the product's MRP, and as such, we offer Complimentary Delivery on all orders.
  2. Delivery Timeline: We are not responsible for delays in delivery that are outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather, or customs inspection.
  3. Risk of Loss: The risk of loss for items purchased passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

IV. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND INTEGRITY SEAL

  1. Return Condition (The Integrity Seal): To maintain the integrity of our collection, returns or exchanges are accepted only for products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original, resalable condition. The product must include the original barcode tag/brand tag securely attached.
  2. Tag Tampering: Any product returned with a broken, detached, or tampered barcode/brand tag will be immediately refused for return or exchange.
  3. Refund Timeline: Once an accepted return passes inspection, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 working days from the date the refund is initiated by MYRIO.

V. LIABILITY AND GOVERNING LAW

  1. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, MYRIO shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products.
  2. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in SURAT.
